You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID) and a recent selfie for verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph354 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph354 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph354 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

ph354 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents:

ph354's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph354 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph354 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph354 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
